Clinton Bradbury is a mergers and acquisitions advisor specialising in buy-side and sell-side transactions, corporate finance and strategic advisory across the Australian mid-market. He is also an experienced company director, having held board roles across listed entities, large private companies and not-for-profit organisations.

He advises corporate, private and international clients on acquisitions, divestments and strategic transactions, supporting mandates from strategic assessment through to execution and completion. His experience spans both strategy-led engagements and pure transaction execution.

Clinton brings significant governance and board-level experience to his advisory work. He has served as Chair of DVG Automotive Group, a circa $700m turnover business listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, and has held board positions across private companies with revenues in excess of $100m and not-for-profit organisations with asset bases in excess of $100m. He also served on the board of MG Kailis Group, providing him with direct experience in privately owned and family business environments.

His combination of transaction execution experience and board-level governance provides a differentiated perspective, particularly in transactions involving privately owned and family businesses, where alignment between shareholders, management and advisors is critical to achieving a successful outcome.

He has a particular affinity for Japan and Japanese culture, which complements his experience in cross-border commercial environments and informs his broader perspective when working with international stakeholders.
